Can my cashier use Wafaa+ on a phone?
Yes. The cashier experience is designed for mobile browsers, with phone lookup, large number controls, sale review and reward redemption.
Can I manage more than one outlet?
Yes. The admin workspace brings outlet management, members and rewards together. You can assign team members to outlets and filter transactions by outlet.
Do I need a POS integration to record a sale?
The cashier can enter a sale amount directly in Wafaa+. Talk to us about your existing setup and any integration requirements.
Can I choose the points rules and rewards?
Yes. Business settings control the earn rate and minimum transaction amount. Reward settings include points cost, stock and availability.
